Carley Butler is a public affairs expert with over twenty years of corporate, government relations, and regulatory consulting experience. Carley works collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to resolve complex challenges. Prior to founding Thoman & Butler, LLC., Carley spent 12 years at a boutique lobby firm. Esme Thoman is a public affairs expert with over fifteen years of experience in government and regulatory affairs. Esme leverages her finance background to provide valuable insights, strategic guidance, and effective advocacy. Esme began her career as a CPA at Ernst & Young, LLP. She received her Bachelor's of Business Administration and Master's of Public Accountancy from The University of Texas at Austin Red Mccomb's School of Business.
